Mahmoud Saada & Co., Chartered Accountants, was established on 2/10/1982 and registered with the Companies Control Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under number (11711) as a solidarity company in order to implement the main objectives of its work, namely:

— Auditing

— Financial and tax consulting.

— Economic feasibility studies.

— Accounting work

— Arbitration and court experiences.

During its period of operation, the company performed the work entrusted to it with all honesty, sincerity and professional responsibility, which earned the satisfaction of customers. The company also devoted medical and distinguished relations through honesty and professional dealing with various government departments and institutions such as the Ministry of Industry, the Income Tax Department and others.It chose for its work a scientifically qualified professional staff and has always conducted internal training courses to raise the professional competence of employees. These courses were performed periodically and whenever the need arises, which enabled employees to acquire high skills and occupy high professional positions when choosing to move to other institutions and companies.
the company was managed by its general manager, Mr. Mahmoud Saadeh, who holds a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1969 and a bachelor's degree in audit in 1979. In addition to the company's work, the general manager held advanced positions on the board of directors of the Jordanian Certified Accountants Association during the period from 1988 to 1992. The company now has a qualified staff, including three people with audit licenses:

The legal status of the company was transferred from a solidarity company to a limited liability company (civilian) and registered under number (150) on 1/7/2007, in line with the Interim Legal Accounting Law No. 73 of 2003 and the regulations issued thereunder.

During the period since its establishment until now, the company has implemented audit services for companies ranging from (70 to 90) companies annually for all industrial, commercial and service activities, schools, hospitals and professional unions, in addition to tax services and services of commissions of investigation, auditing, merger and transfer of the legal status of companies with the Companies Control Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

The company continues to operate with a high-level professional and administrative staff, high professionalism and permanently developed efficiency to serve the company, the profession, the national economy and The country .
